The MCQ GB100 is a compact Gas Mixer specifically designed for laboratories by MCQ Instruments. A powerful tool for managing and controlling MICRO FLOWS for gas mixing and gas dilution processes. Easy to install, set, and use, it is the fastest instrument on the market.

Percentage-Based Operation.

Gas Mixers operate in percentages, not just in flow rates.
Operators only need to set the total flow required and the percentage of each gas. The Gas Mixer then automatically calculates the flow for each channel. This eliminates the need for complex spreadsheets, making the process more user-friendly with just a few clicks.

Our Gas Mixers offer a superior alternative to pre-mixed gas cylinders. Our devices create custom gas mixtures in real-time using pure gases, simplifying the storage and shipping process while reducing costs. Furthermore, there are no limitations on the combination or ratio of gas mixtures that can be generated.

Icon Mass Flow Controller
Better solution than Mass Flow Controllers.

A regular mass flow controller is completely inadeguate to measure and regulate small ratios keeping at same moment a stable flow. Comparing our Gas Mixer with a Mass Flow Controller reveals some significant advantages.
• Firstly, our instruments have no cut-off compared to the 10% cut-off of the Mass Flow Controller.
• Secondly, our instruments have a 0.1% minimum setpoint value, which is much lower than the 1% of the Mass Flow Controller.
• Additionally, our dilution ratio is 1:1000, which is much higher than the 1:10 ratio of the Mass Flow Controller.
• Finally, our calibration curve has 18 calibration points, while the Mass Flow Controller has only 5 calibration points.
